  • Can you create videos for different platforms (e.g., social media, television, events)?
    Yes, we can optimise your video content for various platforms, ensuring the format and messaging are suitable for each channel's audience.
  • How does the video production process work?
    Our production process is collaborative and client-focused, from beginning to end... Discovery: Understanding your brand, objectives, and the story you want to tell. Concept/Story Development: Half the battle is finding a concept that tells your story. Pre-Production: Planning all aspects of the production, from scripting to casting and location scouting. Production: Capturing all the footage according to the pre-production plan. Post-Production: Editing, colour grading, adding music, and final touches to bring the story together. Delivery: Presenting you with the final product ready for distribution.
  • Can we have the raw files after the project has finished?
  • Is sound design really that important?
    In a short answer, more than you can imagine! Sound is at least 50% of video production and if you want your content to stand out from the crowd, a simple music track under the video just doesn’t cut it. Check out the two examples in the video above… the first with just music, the second with sound design and you can make your own minds up.
  • How do we get started?

  • What equipment do you use?
    We use high spec industry-standard equipment, including 8K and 6K cameras, cinema lenses, professional lighting rigs, and the highest-quality audio gear, to ensure your video has a polished, high-end look and feel.
  • Whats your turnaround time?
    We pride ourselves on our ultra-fast turnaround times but the timeline can vary greatly depending on the complexity of the project. A simple project may take a week or even a couple of days! While a more elaborate production could take several weeks, or even months. We'll work with you closely to set a timeline that meets your needs.
  • Can we take stills from the video files?
    Having spent years trying to give clients both videos and stills we have decided that in order to maintain our exceptional standards, a dedicated photographer needs to be brought it (screen shots from a video are just not as good as a proper photo due to motion blur). We are first and foremost video production experts and our focus is best spent fulfilling your creative ideas, but don’t worry, we have a selection of fantastic photographers on our roster who will come on set for a fixed fee. We however understand that some of our clients have tight budgets and paying for an photographer might be too much of a stretch, and then a screenshot or two might just work out.
  • Can you work within my budget?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on being able to create high-quality video content tailored to a variety of budgets. Let's discuss your financial parameters, and we'll outline what's possible, then over deliver!
  • How do you ensure the video will represent our brand effectively?
    We are experts in asking questions and listening, getting to know you, your brand's voice, target audience, and market position. This informs our creative process, ensuring the video aligns with your brand identity and messaging.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
